SPINAL / SKELETAL BALANCE D30 – 25g

Indications: remedies supporting the Skeletal, Cerebrospinal, Muscular & Nervous system as a whole, where spinal, bone & nerve degeneration and inflammation occur. Resultant muscle stiffness, cramping, pain and weakness and even numbness & paralysis, especially of the lumbar region. Aids in Restoration of Bone, cartilage, ligaments, connective tissue and intervertable discs. Rheumatic & lumbago pains.

Ingredients:

1. Acid Pic. D6 – Degeneration of the spinal cord leading to paralysis and muscular weakness. Myelitis (inflammation of spinal cord), spasms & prostration. Burning pain in back with pins & needles extending to limbs.
2. Aesc. Hip D6 – Spine feels weak at the sacroiliac symphysis; hind legs ‘give out’. The lumbar region is stiff, painful & lame as if will break. Backache affecting the nape to the sacrum & hips. Pain from curvature of the spine.
3. Agaricus Musc. 30C – Weakness & stiffness between scapulae extending to the neck. Pain as if dislocation in the back. Frequent sharp stitches as from splinters on dorsal & cervical vertebrae. Painful pulsation in spinal canal. Twitching of cervical muscles. Cracking and other noises in the joints. Paralysis of upper & lower limbs from incipient softening of spinal cord.
4. Arg. Met D10 – Chief action on the bones, cartilages, ligaments & nerves. Cramps in muscles, stiffness & numbness. ‘Electric shocks’ in joints & limbs. Bruised in lumbar region, loins & neck.
5. Aurum Met 30C – Bone destruction & pain. Tension in the neck as if muscles too short – as if spine bulged backwards. Spinal disease. Tendons of the lumbar muscles painfully stiff – thigh feels paralyzed. Paralytic tearing in the joints.
6. Berb. Vulg. D4 – Numb, bruised, tearing, sticking & stiffness of hips & limbs, making rising difficult. Rheumatic , paralytic coldness in bones, shoulders, legs & feet.
7. Cartilago Epiph. D8 – “Feeds’ connective tissue, that protects joints & bones.
8. Colocynth D4 – Neuralgic pains – cramping, twitching & constrictive shortening of the muscles.
9. China D4 – Intrascapular spine painful. Pressure on sacrum & lumbar region. Stitches in spine & shoulders – laming, drawing, tearing in back & thighs. Spinal affections. Paralytic stiffness in all joints. Arthritic & rheumatic.
10. Cimicifuga D4 – Broad action upon the cerebrospinal & muscular systems. Rheumatic stiffness & contraction in muscles of neck, back , lumbar and sacral region, down thighs through hips. Drawing tensive at points of spinous processes of upper dorsal vertebrae.
11. Discus Invert. D8 – ‘Feeds / restores intervertral discs that separate the vertebrae from one another. Helps the ‘shock-absorbing’ action within the spine.
12. Funiculus Umb. D6 – Remedy for affections of connective tissue – excellent for chronic diseases e.g. osteochondrosis, cervical syndrome, collagen diseases, etc.
13. Gnaph. D3 – Great sciatica remedy (pain associated with numbness). Lumbago with chronic backache, muscular rheumatism of back & neck. Joint pains as if lacking ‘oil’. Cramps in calves of legs & feet.
14. Medorrhinum Nosode D20 – Powerful deep acting remedyfor chronic ailments, as in rheumatism & irritability of the nervous system. Spine soreand tender. Contractive pain from scapulae to 7th – 9th dorsal vertebra, drawing shoulders back tight as if bones would be crushed. Leaden heaviness of legs making walking difficult, especially up and down stairs.
15. Pulsatilla D6 – As if a band passed through the lumbar region, constricting everything. Lumbago – shooting pains in nape & neck, between shoulders , in sacrum. Pain & stiffness in muscles – back like a board. Cracking cervical vertebrae & scapula. Curvature of the spine. Paralytic, tearing pains in shoulder joints.
16. Sepia 30C – Pain extending into back – aching between scapulae and lumbar region. Paralytic stiffness – limbs go to sleep easily. Restlessness in all limbs. Rheumatic pains in elbows & knees. Chronic sciatica.

Dosage: dose 5 pillules initially frequently (as is practical) 1-2 hourly, then reduce to 3 times daily till improvement seen. Eventually maintenance is once or twice daily in chronic cases.
